Vice President – Technology Program Management (PMO)

Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the projects and resources required to assure a smooth and successful deployment of the product to clients
  • Manage the relationship and resources required to support VARs and other partners
  • Function as the Program Management Office for all projects
  • In conjunction with the VP-Communications establish and maintain policies and procedures related to the scope of duties
  • Identify, acquire, and implement tools and methods to support the scope of duties
  • In conjunction with the CFO, manage vendors that support deployment
  • In conjunction with the Vice-President – Compliance, Security and Risk Management, take warranted action as directed
  • May work virtually


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Release Management                          

  • Assure that the environment and all components are adequately documented before release and communicate release information to all relevant parties
  • Develop online training for all constituencies: clients, support, direct sales, VARs, retail
  • Manage training and testing for all constituencies: ensure all parties take training, develop training tests and measures
  • Manage elearning platform


Deployment Management 

  • Manage the deployment of all releases and technologies. 
  • Oversee all release management
  • Manage the onboarding process and training of clients
  • Manage VARs: enroll, training, relationship management
  • Oversee the scoping of deployment; including, determination of the requirements for internal application modification(s), client external application modification(s), and post implementation verification and certification
  • Conduct deployment projects with clients; including managing consulting as required   


Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in deployment of IT services
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English (bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT
  • Expert level proficiency in PROJECT
