Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all sales and marketing functions of the firm
  • In conjunction with the VP-Communications establish and maintain policies and procedures related to the scope of duties
  • Identify, acquire, and implement tools and methods to support the scope of duties
  • Establish sales compensation plan
  • In conjunction with the CFO, manage vendors that support marketing
  • In conjunction with the Vice-President – Compliance, Security and Risk Management, take warranted action as directed
  • May work virtually, but must be able to attend meetings in NYC on occasion without overnight travel

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales            

  • Manage Direct Sales to SMB Clients
  • Manage Self Service Enrollment / Evaluation
  • Manage Direct Sales to Enterprise Clients
  • Manage Partnerships with Value Added Resellers
  • Manage Small and Medium Business SAAS Sales
  • Manage Enterprise SAAS Sales

 

Marketing  

  • Finalize Service Offerings
  • Finalize Pricing
  • Prepare and execute full marketing plan
  • Determine VAR sales support model
  • Select advertising channels       
  • Contribute to Website and marketing resources             
  • Manage social media presence in conjunction with VP - Communications
  • Conduct B2B marketing and press releases        

 

Requirements Management             

  • Define, assemble, and prioritize product enhancement or new product requirements
  • Coordinate with Vice-President Development to incorporate into releases

                               

Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in sales and marketing of IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree  (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent English (bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of successful prospecting
  • Proficient in EXCEL, WORD, and POWERPOINT
