Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Compliance, Risk Management, and Security Operations
- Conduct Employee Oversight and Investigations
- In conjunction with the VP-Communications establish and maintain policies and procedures related to the scope of duties
- Identify, acquire, and implement tools and methods to support the scope of duties
- In conjunction with the CFO, manage vendors that support the operations
- May work virtually
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance
- Maintain Technology Compliance (FFIEC, NIST)
- Maintain Legal & Regulatory Compliance (Data Privacy, GLBA,GDPR)
- Conduct third party compliance and risk assessments
- Establish internal policies to implement and scale retail service
Risk Management
- Conduct technology risk management activities and take corrective action where warranted
- Conduct business risk management and competitive analysis and take corrective action where warranted
Security Management
- Conduct SOC & SIEM management and take corrective action where warranted
- Oversee patching and vulnerability management and take corrective action where warranted
Requisite Education/Experience:
- Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in IT Service compliance, risk and security management
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree a plus)
- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical and communications skills
- Proficient in EXCEL, WORD, and POWERPOINT
